This policy explains how Shiteni Games processes information when you use our mobile application, website, games, wallet, identity-verification, support, and safety services.

Information we collect

• Account and contact data: name, username, date of birth, email address, phone number, and authentication records.
• Identity and eligibility data: identity-document type and number, verification documents, review outcome, age and eligibility information.
• Financial data: wallet balances, deposits, withdrawals, payment method, transaction references, fees and ledger records. Card details are entered on the payment processor’s hosted page and are not stored by Shiteni Games.
• Game and social data: matches, moves, results, challenges, friends, messages, disputes and fair-play records.
• Technical and safety data: IP address, device/browser information, session identifiers, security events, fraud signals and diagnostic logs.
• User-provided content: profile image, support messages and information submitted during disputes or verification.

Why we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide games and wallet services, verify identity and age, process payments, prevent fraud, enforce responsible-play controls, resolve disputes, provide support, meet legal obligations and improve reliability.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary with hosting and communications providers, identity-verification and payment processors, professional advisers, regulators, law-enforcement bodies when legally required, and parties involved in a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

Retention and deletion

Profile and service data is retained while your account is active. You may initiate deletion in the app or at our deletion page. Identity, anti-fraud, tax and financial transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable law; data not legally required is deleted or anonymised.

Security and international processing

We use access controls, encrypted transport, protected authentication tokens, audit logs and double-entry transaction records. No system is completely secure. Service providers may process data in other countries under contractual and legal safeguards.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw optional consent, and contact us about a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Age restriction

Shiteni Games is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts.
